Remote Learning

It looks like nature took our “Indoor Snow Day” theme a bit too literally!

We are sad to announce that we are CANCELLING our in-person event scheduled for this Saturday, January 24th, at our Mooresville center.

While we were looking forward to a morning of sensory-friendly winter fun, the safety of our families and our staff is always our first priority. With severe winter weather predicted for our area this weekend, we want everyone to stay safe and warm at home.

But the fun doesn’t have to stop!

Since the kids might be getting a real outside snow day, we want to make sure you still have ways to engage them in regulated, sensory-friendly play indoors. Our Clinical Director, Katie, has put together a guide on how you can do our planned snow day activities remotely from your own living room!

How to join the fun remotely:

Email Katie at katie@adaptive-pediatrics.com if you want to still learn from her and be guided through the activity!

We are so sorry for the change in plans, but we can’t wait to see photos of your “Remote Snow Day” activities! Please stay safe, enjoy the winter weather, and we will see you back in the centers soon.
