Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

πŸ“ Statesville, NC ⏱ Full-Time 🏠 2 Remote Days/Month

Lead individualized ABA programs for learners with autism at our Statesville clinic. You'll work closely with families, supervise our RBT team, and drive meaningful outcomes β€” with the autonomy and support to do it well.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Deliver family training and caregiver support
  • Track and analyze learner progress data
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs with learners
  • Collect accurate session data and document progress
  • Follow BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans
  • Support skill-building across communication, social, and daily living areas
  • Maintain a positive, engaging environment for every learner
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and families

RBT certification is preferred but not always required. If you're motivated and a great fit, we're happy to support you in obtaining your RBT certification after hire. For BCBA positions, current certification is required.
Our BCBA opening is at our Statesville clinic. RBT openings are available at both Mooresville and Statesville β€” select your preference when you apply.
RBTs work directly with learners throughout the day implementing individualized ABA programs. Sessions involve structured skill-building activities, play-based learning, data collection, and consistent communication with your BCBA supervisor. Our clinics are designed to be warm, engaging environments β€” for the kiddos and for the team.
